ASTR the Label Product Review Policy

Overview

We value authentic customer feedback and are committed to sharing reviews that reflect real customer experiences. Reviews help our community make informed decisions and help us improve our products.

What We Publish

We publish all verified customer reviews, including negative feedback, as long as the content is relevant, respectful, and related to the product experience.

What May Not Be Published

Reviews may be excluded if they include:

  • Inappropriate or Offensive Language: Profanity, abusive, discriminatory, or threatening language

  • Irrelevant or Non-Product Content: Content not related to the product or customer experience, including spam or promotional messaging

  • Competitor or Third-Party References: Mentions of other brands, retailers, or recommendations to purchase elsewhere

  • Personal Information: Email addresses, phone numbers, or other private information

  • Fraudulent or Misleading Content: Reviews that appear inauthentic, fabricated, or intentionally misleading

  • Duplicate Submissions: Multiple reviews submitted by the same customer for the same product

How We Moderate Reviews

  • Reviews are not removed solely for being negative

  • We do not edit customer reviews for tone, accuracy, or content

  • Moderation is applied consistently across all reviews

  • Our customer care team may respond publicly or privately to provide support or additional context

Incentivized Reviews

From time to time, customers may receive a promotional incentive, such as a discount or loyalty points, in exchange for submitting a review. Participation is entirely optional, and incentives are offered regardless of whether the feedback is positive or negative. Incentives do not influence the content of reviews.
